Downloads via WAP allows you to preview and
personalize your phone models* with unique Hallmark
Hiya Animated Screen Savers and Wallpapers.
To request for downloads via WAP, you must have a SingTel WAP enabled-phone.
This service is applicable to SingTel Mobile/pod
customers and pre-paid/Hi!Card customers with supporting Nokia & Siemens
mobile phone models*.
Simply access to www.ideas.singtel.com
via your SingTel WAP enabled-phone. Select on [Entertainment] > [Downloads]
> [Hallmark
Hiya], and select
the content that you wish to download.
You will not receive the requested
download if it is not a compatible phone model. Please ensure that your
phone model is compatible before you request for any download.
Yes, download via WAP allows download
to both your own mobile phone number and to another SingTel mobile phone
number. However, please ensure that your friend's mobile phone model supports
the requested download format.
No, you are not able to forward the downloaded
Logo and Ringtone to another SingTel/ other operator's mobile phone, as
the phone does not support this forwarding feature.
No, this service is not available when you
are roaming overseas. Similarly for inbound roamers/ foreign operators’
subscribers who roam to SingTel Mobile's network, this service is not applicable.

Yes, please ensure that you
select [Caller Group Graphics] when downloading via WAP.
There is no registration
fee and no monthly subscription. You only pay for what you request. The
charges for Hallmark
Hiya
Logo. Picture Message and Screen Saver is $1.56 per download; while Hallmark
Hiya T68 Wallpaper and Animated Screensaver is $2.60 per download.

I did not receive the requested Hallmark Hiya Logo? Why is it so?
It could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your mobile phone is out of network coverage or not turned on.
- Your mobile phone battery is flat.
- Your mobile phone is not one of the compatible mobile phones.
- You have not logged onto
the default network where the logo is downloaded to.
Why does the Operator Logo that I saved disappear occasionally?
The Operator Logo that was downloaded to your phone is
logged onto the default network. If your default network is GSM900 and
you roam into GSM1800, the operator logo will not be displayed until you
roam back to GSM900 and vice versa.
If I have dualband
service, can I have 2 different Operator Logos – one on GSM900 and another
one on GSM1800?
No.
Please note that Nokia phones are capable of supporting only one Operator
Logo at any one time. If you already have a logo on GSM900, when you download
another logo onto GSM1800, it will replace your logo on GSM900.
