What is Downloads via *Send?
Downloads via *Send allows you to personalize your nokia phone with unique Operator Logo and Ringing Tones.
Who can use this service?
Downloads via *Send is exclusive to all SingTel Mobile/pod/hi!Card subscribers.However,
currently Sanrio Logo downloads are not available to hi!Card subscribers.
How do I download via *Send?
All you have to do is to key
followed by the 3-digit/6-digit code
for the Operator Logo or Ringing Tone you wish to receive), then
SEND.
Your requested download will be sent to you shortly.
You may wish to use our FREE Help Menu (*500) to obtain the codes for the latest logos and ringtones.
What will happen if I try to download to a non-compatible phone?
You will not receive the downloads successfully. Please ensure that you are carrying a compatible mobile phone models.
Can I download via *Send to another subscriber?
No. *Send allows you to download only to you own mobile number.
Can I forward the downloads that I have received from this service to another subcriber?
No. The downloads can only be stored in your phone and cannot be forwarded to another subscribers.
Can I use this service when I am roaming?
No. This service is not available when you are in roaming overseas. Similiarly for inbound roamers or foreign
operators' subscribers in Singapore, the service will not be available to these customers.
How will the charges for the downloads via *Send be reflected on my SingTel Mobile bill?
Your usage will be consolidated under Other Services in your bill as *Send.
How do I change my operator logo back to the default logo?
You may wish to key in *598, followed by
SEND. You will receive
the default logo shortly. There is no charge for this.
